Gli snodi con filetto maschio si distinguono per la presenza del suffisso E nel codice. Gli snodi Nmb sono concepiti e disegnati per l’utilizzo aerospaziale, utilizzano un liner in Teflon con coefficiente di attrito molto basso e resistente alle alte temperature (-54°C a 121°C) che non richiede alcun tipo di manutenzione o lubrificazione.
