Base for Fiat Punto 2nd Series (HC/797) seat mount. This is a specific base for sports seats. It mounts directly using the original seat body mounting holes. It allows the seat to be mounted with bottom mounts, or lateral mounts (in which case universal lateral mount bases are also required).
