SWIVEL JOINT NMB BEVELLED ABWT SERIES
NMB bevelled spherical joint, ABWT series, bore 25.400 mm. NMB spherical joints are characterised by their bevelled, V-grooved mounting system. Furthermore, NMB spherical plain bearings are conceived and designed for aerospace applications; they utilise a Teflon liner with a very low coefficient of friction that is resistant to high temperatures (–54°C to 121°C) and requires no maintenance or lubrication whatsoever. The bevelled NMB joints require the use of a Seeger ring for locking; the V-grooved ones (identified by the suffix ‘V’ in the part number) feature a V-shaped groove on the outer ring, allowing them to be installed by riveting, special tools for riveting (Stacking Tool) are available on request.
