SPLIT BUSHING SPHERICAL PLAIN BEARING ABT SERIES
Slotted Nmb ball joint, ABT series, 7.938 mm bore. Nmb ball joints are distinguished by their bevelled and V-slotted fastening system. Furthermore, bevelled joints require the use of a circlip (seeger ring) for locking, while V-slotted joints (distinguishable by the V suffix in the code) are characterised by a V-groove on the outer ring which allows them to be installed by riveting. The appropriate riveting tools (Stacking Tool) are available on request. Nmb joints are conceived and designed for aerospace use, utilising a Teflon liner with a very low coefficient of friction and resistance to high temperatures (-54°C to 121°C), which does not require any type of maintenance or lubrication.
