Shipping and Returns Conditions

SHIPPING COSTS CONDITIONS:

STANDARD SHIPPING:

  1. Standard shipping costs from: € 9,99.
  2. Shipping cost for 1 seat from: € 35,00.
  3. Shipping cost for 2 seats from: € 30,00.
  4. Shipping cost for roll bars starting from: € 39,90.
  5. Shipping costs for returns (each) from: € 15.00 (x 1)

When is shipping free?

  1. If the amount of your order reaches a minimum of € 250,00 Delivery is free!
  2. Β£250.00 products only (excluding shipping), weighing less than 10 kg and with a volume of 0.30 cubic metres.
  3. Excluded from free shipping:
  4. SEATS, ARMCHAIRS, ROLL BARS, having a weight/volume greater than 0.30 mΒ³, or products such as ATL, Intercomp, Stack, AP Racing, etc.
  5. In the case ofΒ Urgent requests For items not available in store but directly from the manufacturer, shipping will incur an additional cost to the standard shipping fee (€9.90) of €20.00 for weights up to 10 kg. For heavier or larger items (SEATS, ARMCHAIRS, ROLL BARS), shipping costs will be calculated before ordering upon explicit request from the customer.
  6. FREE shipping, unless expressly stated otherwise, is always at the DISCRETION of Prodriveshop.com.

Shipping Times for Products:

The dispatch of the material Available in store, It is usually carried out within 48 hours of the order and in any case after payment has been received. Sent via courier who will send an email or SMS as notification of delivery.

In the case of material Not available in store, the timescales (barring unforeseen circumstances not attributable to Prodriveshop.com) are as follows:

  6. Please state in the order notes if there is particular urgency.
  7. In case of URGENCY, subject to the availability of the chosen product IN STORE, the customer may request PRIORITY dispatch with delivery by 1 PM the following day (if the destination area is covered by the service), subject to a quote.
  8. In the case of Urgent, subject to availability supplier, will be calculated for the chosen product SHIPPING, (in addition to the one chosen during the order, at a cost of €20.00 (EXCLUDING SEATS, ROLL BARS, ARMCHAIRS AND BULKY PARCELS, THESE WILL BE QUOTED SEPARATELY).
  9. Shipping costs include packing and postage charges. Packing costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed at different times, and each will have shipping costs applied. Your package will be dispatched at your risk, but particular attention is paid to fragile items.
  10. The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
  11. PRODRIVESHOP.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any type of unauthorised order and to retain any expenses incurred.

TRACKING ON-LINE:

  1. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email notification confirming the order closure and that your package has been handed over to the courier. Subsequently, Prodriveshop or the courier will provide information about the estimated day and time of delivery via email or SMS.

  3. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place an order, based on the weight/shipping or the sum of the weights/shipping of the items ordered, and are visible on the cart page before submitting the order.

    Returns and Right of Withdrawal

    The customer has the right to to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without providing reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must use the appropriate Residences form and follow the instructions provided.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    General return conditions:

    For the return to be valid, the product must be:

    • Integral and without signs of use, abrasions or damage
    • Complete with labels, tags, accessories, and original packaging
    • Accompanied by fiscal receipt or proof of purchase
    • Properly packed in a cardboard box

    ⚠️ Do not apply labels or adhesive tape directly to the original packaging.

    The product can only be tried as in a normal retail outlet; Returns of products used on the track or road will not be accepted..

    Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:

    Returns due to customer error or replacements:

    How to exercise the right of withdrawal according to Article 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005

    If the customer is a consumer, they can withdraw within 10 days from receipt of goods.
    To exercise the right:

    1. Once you have received authorisation for the return, please dispatch the product. within 14 working days from authorisation, with authorisation displayed on the outside of the package.

    The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

    1. The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. If the order was shipped to you with free shipping, we will also charge you for the actual shipping and/or retrieval costs incurred.
    2. The goods travel at the Customer's sole risk and responsibility until delivery at our premises
    3. The Customer shall make the purchase for non-professional purposes. (For companies purchasing for professional purposes, and therefore with an invoice, the right of withdrawal shall not apply)

Used, tested, damaged items and/or items missing original parts/accessories and/or without original packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
    5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items produced and/or personalised specifically for the Customer.
    6. Items purchased on specific request, in limited production runs, or as part of a ’special orderβ€œ (which cannot be returned to the national or international manufacturer, or which were purchased in a currency other than the euro and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Items are classified as ”special ordersβ€œ when the order is accepted only upon advance payment (of the full amount or 50% as an order confirmation).
    7. Any refund will be processed under the agreed terms as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the goods.
    8. If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, for various reasons, the item will be returned to the Customer with the new shipping cost charged.

    Returns for non-conforming items:

    1. Within 14 days of receipt.
    2. The item is being returned because it does not conform to the order and/or description on the website.
    3. The item that, due to our error, does not conform to what was ordered or does not reflect its descriptive characteristics will be, at your discretion:
    • Replaced: shipping costs will be borne by Prodriveshop.com.
    • Refunded: The total amount, including shipping costs, will be reimbursed. The refund will be processed within 5 days of the item's return to our premises.
    • The item must be returned in its perfect integrity, condition, and original packaging to maintain its sellability. Used, tested, damaged, and/or missing original parts/accessories will not be accepted.
    • The shipping costs will be borne by Prodriveshop.com.

    EXCLUDED:

    1. Articles produced and/or personalised for the Customer.
    2. Items purchased on specific request, of limited production, forming part of a β€œspecial order” (which cannot be returned to the national or international manufacturer, or which were purchased in a currency other than the euro and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations). Items are classified as β€œspecial orders” when the order is accepted only upon advance payment (of the full amount or 50% as an order confirmation).
    3. The item being replaced, if applicable, will be dispatched within 20 days of the return being verified and accepted, unless it is out of stock from the manufacturer. In this case, delivery times are dependent on the item's production. For items on offer and/or discounted, the net amount paid can be used to purchase another item (of a different value, if applicable).
    4. The item must be returned in its perfect integrity, condition, and original packaging to maintain its sellability. Used, tested, damaged, and/or missing original parts/accessories will not be accepted.
    5. NB: Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
