    1. If the amount of your order reaches a minimum of \u20ac 250,00<\/strong> Delivery is free!<\/li>\n

      9. Shipping costs include packing and postage charges. Packing costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed at different times, and each will have shipping costs applied.           The customer has the right to to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product<\/b>, without providing reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must use the appropriate <\/b>Residences form<\/b><\/a><\/u><\/span> and follow the instructions provided.
          \nReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/b><\/p>\n

                        7. Any refund will be processed under the agreed terms as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the goods.<\/li>\n

Items are classified as \u201cspecial orders\u201d when the order is accepted only upon advance payment (of the full amount or 50% as an order confirmation).<\/li>\n
                              3. The item being replaced, if applicable, will be dispatched within 20 days of the return being verified and accepted, unless it is out of stock from the manufacturer. In this case, delivery times are dependent on the item's production. For items on offer and\/or discounted, the net amount paid can be used to purchase another item (of a different value, if applicable).<\/li>\n
